Orange, as a color has long ago been associated with cheerful attitude, exoticism and energy.  And it is not surprising to see its predominant presence in modern furniture. Tripadvisor has long been a source for fair reviews when it comes to everything travel, from hotels to restaurants, the feedback is collected from real people and that’s the most valuable asset of this trusted travel resource.  So it comes as no surprise that the aggregated information is compiled into various “Top 25” lists that, needless to say, arouse curiosity.

Select highlights include: Waldorf Astoria in Chicago as the winner of best hotel in United States while the 1st spot on the chart of world’s best, went to The Phoenix Resort in San Pedro, Belize.  Other interesting selections included Anastasis Apartments in Imerovigli, Greece which was Europe’s # 1 hotel, Caribbean Club in Grand Cayman was selected as the top hotel for the Caribbean Islands.

World’s top All-Inclusive resort went to Garonga Safari Camp in South Africa, with East Winds Inn in St. Lucia scoring top ranks as well.  Shangri-La Hotel in Tokyo, Japan was selected as the most luxurious hotel in the world.  The trendiest US based hotel is the Smyth Hotel in New York City (which incorporates into its décor, our very own Naked glass armchair by Tonelli) while the trendiest hotel in the world went to Villa Zest in Cape Town South Africa.
