I really want to thank you guys for an awesome experience. We ordered an Italian leather sectional from eroomservice on 02/06/08. Delivery was estimated to be in 10-14 weeks because it's made to order in Italy. We received our sectional on 03/29/08 (less than 8 weeks). We ordered furniture from many stores before and there was a reason for the delay. Oh, I almost forgot to mention how much we love the actual sectional. I can't thank you enough for the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had.

I would like to let you know that we are very happy with my new Luxor bedroom set bought from room service 360°. Assembly was a bit challenging and we called and our customer service rep was very helpful. He even called back to follow up later in the day to make sure we didn't have anymore questions. We love our new bedroom set and than you very much for great customer service. Pleasure to deal with.
