We ordered the Malaga sofa set from eroomservice.com on 10/16/08. Immediately after placing the order I called to inquire if we can expect to receive it by Christmas. We were really hoping to receive our new sofa and loveseat by Christmas. I spoke with Erin and she said that they cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, but will do absolutely everything in their power to get it to me by Christmas. She also offered a refund if I didn't want to take that chance. We chose to take a chance and keep our order. Then, on December 19th we got a call from eroomservice saying that our sofa set came in from Italy and they offered to ship it to us with their own truck so that we'll have it by Christmas. I honestly did not expect this level of customer service. Oh and best of all, we absolutely love our our new sofa and loveseat. Dealing with room service 360° has been a phenomal experience for us and we would like to wish you continued success in 2009. Keep up the good work.

We recently bought a Wave Dining Table by Tonin Casa from eroomservice.com and it was delivered a couple of days ago. Wave table is really a beautiful dining table, it looks much better in person than online. Thanks a lot, we love our new dining table. We will be back when we need more furniture. Bernice in NYC.
