I just bought a Ludlow modern platform bed. The customer service support was great and the white glove service was amazing! The delivery company was very careful with walls, hardwood floor and really knew how to assemble everything.
I will definitely recommend eroomservice to all my friends here in Miami.

I would like to comment on the phenomenal service offered by eRoom Service and in particular Steve Shapiro. We had some damage caused by the trucking company that was found after signing for the bed. We talked with Steve and he said that he would fix the problem in a few days. in two days he had his own employee here at my house (18 hour drive) with a new bed which he assembled for us. What more can anyone ask of a company!!
The bedroom set is amazingly beautiful, and everyone who sees it asks where we got it. We proudly tell them the about eRoom service and how great the people are to deal with. JW
