I would like to comment on the phenomenal service offered by eRoom Service and in particular Steve Shapiro. We had some damage caused by the trucking company that was found after signing for the bed. We talked with Steve and he said that he would fix the problem in a few days. in two days he had his own employee here at my house (18 hour drive) with a new bed which he assembled for us. What more can anyone ask of a company!! The bedroom set is amazingly beautiful, and everyone who sees it asks where we got it.
