My wife and I are very happy with our new bedroom set. We ordered Tokyo 801 bedroom set and we're extremely happy with the quality of the set and their customer service is really phenomenal. Initially, I was against buying furniture online, but my wife convinced me to do it. There were no surprises, sales people were awesome and will truly go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. This has been a terrific experience for us buying furniture online. We ordered a Tokyo 710 bedroom set from eroomservice.com. Initially we bought a Chinese knock-off on another site and ended up disputing charges because it looked nothing like on the picture and was complete garbage. Wow, what a difference. The real Tokyo 710 by Milmueble is gorgeous. Assembly was a little difficult and took approximately 2 hours. Overall, a very pleasant experience with eroomservice.com.
