We strongly recommend room service 360°. We purchased a sectional and a wall unit and we are extremely happy with our furniture and their customer service. We dealt with Erin when we placed an order and she called back to follow-up with us after our furniture was delivered. We will definitely be ordering from room service 360° again.

I must say out of the 26 years I've been on this Earth I've never experienced better customer service than what I got from Steve Shapiro at eRoomService.
I had ordered a coffee table, and a few days later I tried moving it. Somehow, after I put it down the base of it cracked and eventually shattered.
I contacted Steve and asked him what could be done. Although it wasn't covered under the warranty, Steve said he would reach out to the factory manager overseas to see if he could send a replacement for the base. To my surprise he did. The first time it arrived, it arrived damaged, so Steve had to convince them to make another one and send it again. Finally, it arrived, and best of all Steve was able to do it free of charge.
At the end of the day, I avoided having to throw out brand new, expensive coffee table and buying it again, all thanks to Steve from eRoomService! Thanks again Steve
