I would like to comment on the phenomenal service offered by eRoom Service and in particular Steve Shapiro. We had some damage caused by the trucking company that was found after signing for the bed. We talked with Steve and he said that he would fix the problem in a few days. in two days he had his own employee here at my house (18 hour drive) with a new bed which he assembled for us. What more can anyone ask of a company!!
The bedroom set is amazingly beautiful, and everyone who sees it asks where we got it. We proudly tell them the about eRoom service and how great the people are to deal with. JW

I bought a Luxor 923 bedroom set. It was delivered yesterday and white glove delivery service was truly amazing. room service 360° delivery personnel was very careful with my hardwood floors and walls and really knew how to assemble everything. My new bedroom set is really out of this world and I will recommend room service 360° to all my friends.
