I would like to comment on the phenomenal service offered by eRoom Service and in particular Steve Shapiro. We had some damage caused by the trucking company that was found after signing for the bed. We talked with Steve and he said that he would fix the problem in a few days. in two days he had his own employee here at my house (18 hour drive) with a new bed which he assembled for us. What more can anyone ask of a company!!
The bedroom set is amazingly beautiful, and everyone who sees it asks where we got it. We proudly tell them the about eRoom service and how great the people are to deal with. JW

I bought a Luxor 923 bedroom set. It was delivered yesterday and white glove delivery service was truly amazing. eRoomService delivery personnel was very careful with my hardwood floors and walls and really knew how to assemble everything. We ordered a Tokyo 710 bedroom set from eroomservice.com. Initially we bought a Chinese knock-off on another site and ended up disputing charges because it looked nothing like on the picture and was complete garbage. Wow, what a difference. The real Tokyo 710 by Milmueble is gorgeous. Assembly was a little difficult and took approximately 2 hours. Overall, a very pleasant experience with eroomservice.com.

I just received my beautiful Tonin Casa Brooklyn table. I can tell you that I am very satisfied with the excellent delivery and set up and with EROOMSERVICE for all the customer service support they provided. Steve is great! Living across the country and buying something on line is a little scary, especially furniture, but Steve's support and honesty made me very comfortable to purchase from this store again. It may have taken awhile, but it was well worth the wait.

We are thrilled with our new leather sectional and wall unit. We ordered a Malaga sectional by Polaris in black leather and Gallery 02 wall unit in white with black (just like you have in the showroom). We could not possibly have been happier with our purchase. From start to finish, everyone has been extremely courteous and professional and to top it off our furniture is simply phenomenal. Delivery drivers were superb as well.
