I would like to comment on the phenomenal service offered by eRoom Service and in particular Steve Shapiro. We had some damage caused by the trucking company that was found after signing for the bed. We talked with Steve and he said that he would fix the problem in a few days. in two days he had his own employee here at my house (18 hour drive) with a new bed which he assembled for us. What more can anyone ask of a company!! The bedroom set is amazingly beautiful, and everyone who sees it asks where we got it. We proudly tell them the about eRoom service and how great the people are to deal with. JW

We just ordered our custom sectional and a few other large pieces and Art was amazing. He took as much time as we needed to make our decisions. Helped with other options, gave us space when we needed and was patient when we were indecisive. The showroom is beautiul and makes you want to purchase everything there. Cant wait to get our furniture. I will update as soon as it comes. I must add, paying a 50% deposit is awesome, as we are making several large purchases right now. I have recommended room service 360 to everyone I know that wants 5 Star service and great high-end quality furniture.
